You'll receive notifications when you reach 85%, 95% and 100% of your limit. Once exceeded, your image submissions will sit in the queue until your subscription renews or you top up your account.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We can arrange invoicing for annual payment terms. Contact us for enterprise billing arrangements.
Zero Data Retention (ZDR) can be enabled for Professional and Enterprise plans, preventing the storage of images after processing. By default, images are purged immediately after analysis.
Yes! We provide a 20% discount on Professional and Enterprise plans when billed annually. Contact us to set up annual billing for your account.
