Yes, completely free with no usage limits. You get unlimited image scans, all features, and full configuration options at no cost. We believe content safety should be accessible to every community.
The bot needs: Read Messages, Send Messages, Manage Messages (for delete/replace actions), Embed Links, and Read Message History. All permissions are used solely for content moderation.
When enabled, images above your configured threshold are held for review on the SightCensor website. Moderators can mark content as explicit or safe. If marked explicit, the bot automatically takes the configured action (delete, warn, etc.) in Discord.
Images pending human review are temporarily stored (encrypted) until a decision is made. Images that pass automatic scanning are never stored. You can disable human moderation for fully ephemeral processing.
Yes. You can configure exactly which channels to monitor. Use /config channels add to select specific channels, or leave it unset to monitor all channels. Add only your SFW channels if you have age-restricted areas.
You can use "Log Only" mode to test the bot without taking action. For production, we recommend "Threshold Mode" where borderline cases go to human review. You can also adjust sensitivity thresholds to tune for your community's needs.
